Do you start your day by checking your social medi Do you start your day by checking your social media accounts? And do the same before turning in for the night? Do you check throughout the day, only to realize you've been scrolling for an hour? It's happened to us all. Social media is a GREAT marketing tool, but it can also cause distractions, unhealthy sleep patterns and have an adverse effect on anxiety and depression. If you need to take a step back from social media. Do it. I am returning from a month + hiatus. Did my business shut down? Nope. Did I have more time to breathe? Yep. If you have the proper systems in place, your business should still be able to run (and bring in new leads) DURING a social media hiatus. While social media is super important to my business (obviously lol) and to many others, it's not the end all be all. Don't beat yourself up if you need to take a break. I know exactly how difficult it can be to run your I know exactly how difficult it can be to run your own business. Business owners have a ton of responsibility and there are things that we either don't like to do or don't have time to do (or both). There are never enough hours in the day, so we use our time to do the things that we feel are most important or the things that actually bring us joy. Social media is not that thing for A LOT of people. We love taking social media off of people's hands so that they can focus on the things they love to do. For instance, Ashleigh is a watercolor artist. She wants to paint (which she does amazingly by the way!). She appreciates the importance of social media marketing but doesn't have the time or desire to do it herself. Outsourcing her social media has given her more time to create art, and dedicate time to growing other aspects of her business.
