full social media management for founders who are done done

I handle the strategy, content, publishing, engagement, reporting, and all the tiny decisions that somehow turn “just post something” into three hours of your life.

Your social media keeps moving.

You get to go run the actual business.

YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS SOCIAL MEDIA.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO KEEP MANAGING IT.

NO COOKIE-CUTTER TEMPLATES.

NO GENERIC AI CAPTIONS.

NO POSTING JUST TO PROVE WE POSTED.

Imagine What Changes When Marketing Isn't Sitting on Your To-Do List

Every time you open the app, you remember 17 things you were supposed to do.

Post the Reel. Answer the comments. Promote the offer. Check the analytics. Figure out why the post you barely thought about outperformed the one that took four hours.

Maybe you handed it to a team member who already has another job. Perhaps you hired someone who could create content but still needed you to provide every idea, caption, and instruction.

At that point, did you really hand anything off?

You don’t need another person waiting for you to tell them what to post.

You need someone who can understand the business, make strategic decisions, and manage the whole damn system.

That’s where I come in.

Your business deserves more than another social media manager.

✔ Content goes out without you remembering at 9:47 p.m.
✔ Every post has a reason for existing
✔ Your offers are promoted before the last possible minute
✔ Comments and conversations receive thoughtful responses
✔ Someone is paying attention to what is working
✔ The strategy does not fall apart every time life starts life-ing
✔ You know what is happening without personally managing every detail

Your content should sound like you, connect with the people you want to reach, and support something happening inside the business.

Otherwise, we are just decorating the internet.

THIS IS PROBABLY FOR YOU IF:

✓ You are tired of being the strategist, writer, designer, scheduler, and community manager

✓ Content disappears whenever business gets busy or your capacity changes

✓ You want someone who can think strategically without being spoon-fed every step

✓ Your team keeps looking to you for ideas, approvals, and direction

✓ You need content that sounds like you without personally writing every word

✓ You want your audience cared for, not ignored after the post goes live

✓ You are ready to collaborate without carrying the whole process

✓ You want to hand this over for long enough to build something that actually works

LET’S SEE IF YOU’RE READY TO HAND THIS SHIT OFF.

YES, I USE AI.

No, I’m not asking ChatGPT for 30 “engaging” captions, adding your logo, and calling it strategy.

I use AI to organize research, sort through ideas, and make the process more efficient. The strategy, writing, cultural context, graphics and final decisions still come from an actual human.

People can tell when your content sounds like a robot.

And honestly, it’s weird AF.

AI SUPPORTS THE PROCESS. IT DOESN’T REPLACE THE PERSON.

AI HELPS ME WORK SMARTER. IT DOESN’T GET TO BECOME YOUR PERSONALITY.

It takes a huge weight off my shoulders.

I love having Creative Gravity manage my social media so that I can focus on other parts of my business. It takes a huge weight off my shoulders, and I know my business is still growing without having to micromanage everything.

i know how important social media is, but i just don't have time to focus on it and run my business at the same time.

ASHLEIGH - CHARMCAT CREATIVE

Wait, did I write that?

I love having Devin & Creative Gravity create content. She understands me and really is able to execute my voice so impressively. So much so, that sometimes I’m like, wait, did I write that?! It’s the best!

as a deaf-blind accessibility educator, i wasn't even sure i could have someone else create my content .

It gives you a clear picture of where your marketing stands today. Having a fresh (and knowledgeable!) set of eyes evaluate your brand, reach, engagement, and overall impact is incredibly valuable. Devin doesn’t just point things out, she takes that information and turns it into a strategic plan with clear next steps. I’d absolutely recommend it.

I finally knew what to fix.

On the Brand & Strategy Report

Erica, Co-Founder at sideby

You stay connected to the business.

I keep social media from becoming your entire personality.

6

WE LEARN + ADJUST

I review the performance, tell you what the numbers actually mean, and refine the strategy based on what your audience is doing.

We do not panic because one Reel flopped and hurt our feelings.

5

I MANAGE THE PLATFORM

I schedule and publish the content, monitor activity, respond to comments, support conversations, and keep things moving.

No opening the app at bedtime and realizing nobody posted.

4

YOU REVIEW IT

You provide context, feedback, and approval before anything is published.

You stay connected to the message without personally building every piece.

3

I CREATE THE CONTENT

I plan the calendar, write the captions, create the graphics, and plan or edit short-form video.

The ideas stop living exclusively inside your head.

2

I BUILD THE STRATEGY

I determine what we need to communicate, who we need to reach, and how social media should support the larger business.

We are not choosing content pillars because somebody on TikTok said every brand needs five.

1

I LEARN THE BUSINESS

We start with your audience, offers, goals, voice, existing content, current challenges, and capacity.

I need to understand what is happening beyond social media before deciding what belongs on social media.

OKAY, BUT HOW DOES HANDING IT OFF ACTUALLY WORK?

You will know what is happening.

You just will not have to personally make all of it happen.

You did not start your business because you dreamed of spending your evenings resizing graphics, checking comments, and wondering whether Tuesday at 11:17 a.m. is still a good time to post.

Yet somehow, here we are.

Full Social Media Management is for the founder who is ready for social media to be handled with the same care and strategy as the rest of the business.

READY TO STOP BEING YOUR OWN SOCIAL MEDIA DEPARTMENT?

Your social media should not fall apart every time your schedule gets busy, your energy changes, or the business needs you somewhere else.

Let me handle the strategy, content, publishing, conversations, and numbers.

You go do the work only you can do.

YOU HAVE ENOUGH SHIT TO MANAGE.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly are you taking off my plate?

Strategy, planning, writing, custom graphics, short-form video support, scheduling, publishing, engagement, comment monitoring, DM monitoring, reporting, and ongoing adjustments.

In other words, the actual social media system. Not just the part people see.

How is this different from Done-With-You Content Creation?

With Content Creation, I handle the strategy, planning, captions, visuals, video support, and scheduling. You manage audience engagement, comments, conversations, and DMs.

Full Social Media Management includes those audience-facing responsibilities and gives you the more complete handoff.

Will I still have to be involved?

Yes, but you will not have to manage the system.

I need your context, expertise, updates, feedback, and approval. You may also provide footage or participate in content when it makes sense.

You are still the person behind the business. You just stop being the entire marketing department.

Do you guarantee followers, engagement, or sales?

No, and please side-eye anyone who does.

I cannot control algorithms, audience behavior, or whether someone decides to buy.

What I can control is the quality of the strategy, consistency of execution, attention given to your audience, and how thoughtfully we respond to what the data shows.

Why do I have to commit for six months?

Because one month is barely enough time to get settled, establish a rhythm, and collect useful information.

Six months gives us enough space to build the strategy, execute it consistently, learn what resonates, and refine the work without changing direction every five minutes.

Do you respond to comments and DMs?

Yes. The service includes proactive engagement, comment monitoring, responses, and DM monitoring.

Anything involving private information, customer-service concerns, sales decisions, or specialized business knowledge may be routed to you or the appropriate member of your team.

What if I am not ready to hand off everything?

Done-With-You Content Creation may be the better option if you want support with strategy and content but prefer to manage engagement yourself.

If you are not sure which service fits, that is okay. You do not have to diagnose yourself before the discovery call.

That is part of my job.

How many platforms are included?

Packages begin at $1,500 per month for one platform.

Additional platforms are $500 per month each. Content may be adapted for each platform because copying and pasting the exact same post everywhere is not a multiplatform strategy.
